Hosting, domain name, and SSL certificates are contracted for 12 month periods and once started or renewed cannot be refunded or credited. 

Website maintenance and updating is not included in hosting and management fees and can be quoted separately.

Clients are responsible for keeping copies of their own email. 1SecureWeb is not responsible for loss of emails however caused.

Our hosted websites are backed up automatically in our data centre. Clients may choose 3rd party services for additional backups.

Should your account be suspended for any reason such as non-compliance with content or payment terms, the client is still liable for fees during that period.

Designs, (eg logos, websites), Intellectual Property (IP) assets, domain names,  images, remain the property of 1SecureWeb until paid for.

Hardware supplied, including parts, remain the property of 1SecureWeb until paid for.
